Coy Garcia was born and raised in Southern California. He started playing music at the age of 10 and started playing bass guitar at the age of 16. In School he played in marching band, orchestra, and studied privately with different teachers to expand his musical education. Coy joined his first Hard Rock band at 17. At 19 he played bass in an oldies trio on the SS Azure Seas Cruise ship out of San Pedro, CA.
He played in original bands including Hidden Fury, The Road, and Know Illusion to name a few. He’s also done extensive studio recording, engineering, played in many cover bands, and substituted for another bassist on short notice.
His biggest influences are Chris Haller, Jaco Pastorius, James Jamerson, and Geddy Lee. Coy currently uses Mesa Boogie and Ampeg amps, and mostly plays fretless Ampeg and Bruce Johnson basses both new and vintage.

His influences are the 3 Kings...Albert, Freddie and BB, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Albert Collins, Billy Gibbons, Matt Schofield, Josh Smith, Joe Bonamassa and Kirk Fletcher but his favorite guitar player is Eric Johnson.
He plays a Fender Stratocaster and an Ernie Ball Cutlass. He uses a Hot Rod Deluxe amp and a Blues Jr. Amp by Fender. His pedals are a Tube Screamer, EP Booster, J Archer Ikon and a Fulltone Wah Wah.
Frank started banging on pots and pans in his kitchen in New Jersey at a very early age and, by the time he was 16, he was gigging all around the local scene. He travelled the country playing nightclubs, theaters and other venues with a wide variety of bands. He also attended Berklee College of Music and studied with several master players and teachers.
